つくし工房様は、労働災害防止や安全衛生環境の確保のための様々な製品を、創業から約50年にわたり市場に届けてきた、安全標識、安全用品、安全工事看板などを製造・販売するメーカー様です。

### 導入前の問題点

建設会社の納品書や請求書は客先独自の指定伝票で作成することが多く、従来は、Excelのアドインソフトなどで対応していました。しかし、修正が煩雑で上手く印刷できないなどの問題がありました。

### xReport採用の理由

この問題を解決するために、帳票作成ツール「xReport」を導入する事になりました。採用の決め手となった点は、以下の機能です。

1. 帳票デザインが容易で柔軟性があること  
   xReportはEXCELを使ってデザインします。
2. CSVファイルから伝票作成ができること  
   xReportはCSV,EXCEL,XMLデータから作成できます。
3. Excel以外にPDFで作成できること  
   xReportはPDF,EXCELで帳票作成できます。
4. 連続用紙に印刷できること  
   xReportは連続用紙に対応しています。
5. CSVにない項目を作り出せること  
   EXCELの計算式や関数等を使うことで対応できます。
